Agents across Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Salem, Karur and Namakkal currently travel to Chennai, Kochi or Bengaluru to meet suppliers they could meet twenty kilometres from their own shop. ETM 2027 brings those suppliers here for a day.

Walk in, sit down, do business
No appointments to keep. Agents walk the floor, sit down with the suppliers that fit what they sell, and move on when they are done. Every stand scans the agent's badge, so the supplier leaves with a list to follow up — and the agent has the printed directory.
Verified on both sides
Agents are checked against GST or shop registration before a badge is issued. Suppliers get a room of real buyers — and agents get suppliers who came to do business, not to hand out pens.

The floor is open all day. Lunch runs in three waves so it never empties, and sessions in the theatre run alongside the floor, never instead of it.

By road
Erode sits on NH-544 between Coimbatore and Salem. Under 90 minutes from Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Salem, Karur and Namakkal — which is exactly why the mart is here.
By train
Erode Junction is a major stop on the Chennai–Coimbatore line. Overnight trains from Chennai arrive in good time for an 08:00 registration.

Coming from further away? Ask the committee about rooms at Hotel Turmeric and nearby hotels. Accommodation and travel are at your own cost — there is no hosted buyer programme for ETM 2027.
Straight answers
Is it really free for travel agents?
Yes. Agents pay nothing — no entry fee, and no charge for the kit or lunch. Suppliers and sponsors fund the mart. What we ask in return is that you register properly, get verified, and turn up on the day. Suppliers pay to meet verified buyers; a no-show is one fewer.
What does "verified agent" mean, and why does it matter?
Every registration is scored on how long you have been trading, how many passengers you handle, which destinations you sell, and proof of GST or shop registration. Score sixty or above and your badge is issued immediately; below that it goes to a twenty-four-hour manual check.
It matters because suppliers are paying to meet buyers. The credibility of the buyer list is the whole product — for you as much as for them.
Do I need to book meetings in advance?
No. There are no pre-booked meetings at ETM 2027. Every supplier is on the floor all day: walk up, sit down and talk to whoever fits what you sell, for as long as it is useful.
Each stand you visit scans your badge, so the supplier has your details to follow up — and visiting stands is what puts you in the prize draw at the close.
How do I find the suppliers worth my time?
The printed exhibitor directory in your kit lists every supplier with their stall number and what they sell. Mark the ones that fit before the hall opens, and start there.
Can I turn up on the day without registering?
No. Entry is by pre-registered badge scan only. It is the only way we can tell a supplier honestly how many real buyers were in the room, and it is what keeps the entry free next year.
Badge data freezes on 15 January 2027. Register after that and we will do our best, but we cannot promise your badge will be printed in time.
I'm a supplier. Why is the rate the same for one day as a two-day mart?
Because you are buying access to 150+ verified buyers, not hall-hours. A concentrated single day has no dead second-day afternoon, and your staff cost and travel cost halve. If you have exhibited at a two-day regional mart, compare the cost per conversation, not the cost per day.
What happens to the business cards and leads?
Suppliers scan an agent's badge at their stand and the lead goes straight onto their own list, with their hot, warm or cold mark and a note. They download the list from their exhibitor login whenever they like — in time to work it over the Republic Day holiday.
Who is behind this?
The Erode Tour Operators Association — ETA. The mart is run by committees of its members, and any surplus goes back into the association and the next edition. It is not a private trade-show business. Meet the members.
